Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Front Desk & Volunteer Management Associate to manage front-office operations and oversee volunteer recruitment coordination across multiple clinical studies. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth volunteer flow while tracking, organizing, and reporting recruitment data so management has clear visibility into study-wise recruitment performance.Key Responsibilities- Manage front desk operations, walk-ins, calls, and appointment scheduling - Act as the primary point of contact for study volunteers and visitors - Coordinate volunteer scheduling and screening with recruiters and clinical teams - Monitor and consolidate recruitment data from multiple recruiters - Maintain study-wise recruitment trackers (screened, enrolled, screen failures, dropouts) - Prepare regular recruitment reports for management review - Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with SOPs/GCPRequirements- Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences / Healthcare / Administration preferred) - 2–5 years of experience in clinical research, healthcare coordination, or recruitment management - Strong working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets - Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills - Prior experience in clinical trial recruitment or volunteer management is a plusWhy Join Us- High-visibility role with direct management interaction - Opportunity to impact recruitment efficiency across multiple clinical studies - Structured clinical research environment with growth potential
