All team members’ contributions have a direct correlation with the company’s performance in meeting its business and financial objectives.About the Role: We are seeking an experiencedProject Coordinatorto oversee and support construction projects across the US, Australia, and Europe. The applicant should have a proven record in global project coordination, familiarity with digital project management platforms (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore, Asana), and strong cross-cultural communication abilities.Job Title:US Sales and Project Coordinator Location:Ahmedabad (Work from Office Only) Work Hours:6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST (Work from Office), Monday to Friday Experience Required:3–6 YearsKey Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor project activities, deliverables, and schedules across multiple time zones. Manage communication between clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams, ensuring alignment and timely updates. Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation (schedules, RFIs, transmittals, change orders, progress reports, and meeting notes). Utilize construction management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or Procore) to track progress and generate reports. Assist in budget control, cost tracking, and resource allocation. Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies proactively. Coordinate virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure effective communication with international stakeholders. Contribute to process improvement and best practices for international project coordination. Candidates must be willing and able to travel to the United States as needed for project and client requirementsSkills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 3–6 years of relevant experience inconstruction project coordination or management , preferably ininternational markets (US, Australia, Europe) . Strong understanding of construction project workflows, documentation, and scheduling tools. Excellentwritten and verbal communication skillswith a professional command of English. Ability to multitask and handle multiple project priorities efficiently. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Comfortable working innight shift (6 PM to 3 AM IST)to align with overseas clients.
