Manager – Domestic Air FreightPurpose: Lead and execute domestic air freight operations, driving revenue growth and ensuring service excellence.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement district air freight strategy. - Build strong relationships with airlines, trading partners, and customers. - Monitor shipment performance metrics (SPD, RPD, EPD, RPS, revenue/expense ratio). - Ensure compliance with SOPs and operational efficiency. - Conduct regular customer reviews, retention/sales calls, and provide competitive pricing solutions. - Manage billing, vendor payments, and financial compliance. - Evaluate service providers and implement corrective actions when needed. - Promote compliance, integrity, and organizational culture. - Drive adoption of system tools and suggest process improvements.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree - Strong knowledge of domestic air freight market.Note - We kindly request you not to contact us on our office number.
