In this role, you will work closely with internal teams, customers, and partners, contributing to business growth, client engagement, and operational excellence.Experience: 0-1yrKey Responsibilities- Identify and qualify new business opportunities and support lead-generation activities. - Engage prospects and customers through calls, emails, and virtual or in-person meetings. - Demonstrate software features, assist with onboarding, and ensure a smooth first-time user experience. - Schedule, document, and follow up on demos, sales conversations, and customer success interactions. - Collaborate with the Customer Success team to improve user satisfaction and retention. - Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis, sharing insights with leadership. - Maintain accurate CRM records, reports, and documentation. - Support operational initiatives and process improvements across teams.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA (HR / General Management / Marketing) is an advantage. - Strong communication skills in English and Tamil. - Professional, customer-focused interpersonal approach. - Interest in SaaS, Business Development, HR Operations, and Customer Success. - Ability to communicate clearly through emails, presentations, and discussions. - Analytical mindset with the ability to review reports, track KPIs, and contribute to performance-driven decisions. - Open to freshers and candidates with up to three months of internship experience.What You'll Gain- Exposure to multiple functions within a scaling SaaS organization. - Hands-on experience across sales, customer success, and operations. - Mentorship from senior leaders and cross-functional teams. - Opportunities to develop professional and commercial skills in a high-growth environment.
