The role involves close coordination with PPC, Production, CRM, Finance, and IT teams to ensure accuracy of BOMs, metal and stone data, production transactions, costing, and MIS reporting, while supporting ERP stability and process improvements.Key Responsibilities- Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures on AX 2009 databases. - Support MIS / Power BI teams by providing accurate and reliable ERP data sets. - Monitor ERP and database performance and take corrective actions as required. - Identify gaps in ERP usage and recommend process improvements. - Provide ERP support, administration, and implementation assistance. - Analyze and resolve ERP issues related to manufacturing transactions, data inconsistencies, and integration failures. - Coordinate with Production, PPC, CRM, Stone, and Finance teams to understand business challenges and provide ERP-based solutions. - Support ERP customization, configuration changes, and patch deployments.Skills- Strong hands-on experience with MS SQL Server in a Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 / ERP environment. - Excellent knowledge of SQL joins, CTEs, subqueries, views, and stored procedures. - Strong understanding of Dynamics AX 2009 database schema, data flow, and manufacturing processes. - Experience supporting ERP operations in a manufacturing / jewellery environment. - Ability to analyze and resolve ERP data issues, integration failures, and transaction discrepancies. - Exposure to AX AOT / X++ (read-only understanding preferred). - Experience with SSRS and/or Power BI reporting using AX data. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to data accuracy and detail. - Ability to effectively communicate with production and non-technical teams. - Process-oriented mindset with a focus on documentation and continuous improvement.
