The role involves cold calling potential customers, generating qualified leads, pitching products/services, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and prior telesales/inside sales experience.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers in the UK market. - Present and promote company products/services to decision-makers. - Generate qualified leads through effective questioning and relationship-building. - Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate prospect information. - Follow up on leads promptly to maximize conversion opportunities. - Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales over the phone. - Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. - Provide feedback to management on customer needs, issues, and market trends. - Ensure compliance with company policies and international telesales standards.Requirements:- Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or international voice process (UK preferred). - Excellent English communication and listening skills. - Ability to engage, influence, and persuade customers over the phone. - Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities. - Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Comfortable working in UK shift timings (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST). - Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.What We Offer:- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. - Training and ongoing professional development. - Opportunity to work in a fast-paced international sales environment. - Growth and career advancement within the organization. - Salary 35,000 to 45,000 PM + Uncapped Commissions
