Job Title: - Finance Specialist - Accounting OperationsLocation: - Coimbatore, IndiaDuration: 12+ monthsRole Summary: -- Responsible for general accounting and policy application & process administration for all cycles including cost accounting, inventory, revenue recognition, receivables, intercompany, etc.Essential Responsibilities: -- Understand and interpret applicable Enterprise Standards, SOP and Process Maps to deliver globally competitive financial process/accounting services - Elaborates proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the own field. - Contributes to project as a team member. - Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete, and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 monthsEssential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies): -- Years of experience: Min 5 years’ experience in Finance/ Accounting. - Field of experience: Cost Accounting/ General Accounting / Accounts Receivables - Technical Skills: ERP Knowledge preferably SAP, Power BI, Budgeting and Forecasting - Soft Skills: MS office and other applications - Tools or Software (Required / Preferred): SAP and MS office - Education Qualifications: C.A/ I.C.W.A – Intermediate/ MCom / BCom from an accredited university or college in Finance/ Accounts - Industry Background or Experience (Required / Preferred): Manufacturing/ Oil & Gas industry - Target Companies: Valve manufacturing companies – L&T Valves, SchuF Specialty Valves, Circor Flow Technologies, V-Tork Controls etc - Off-limits Companies: None - Required Accreditations / Qualifications / Certification / Licenses including Driving License: NILDesirable attributes of the worker (Experience / Skills / Competencies):-- SAP background desirable not mandatory - Knowledge on FEMA based rules for Document submission for Imports and Exports desirable.Note: Candidates who have worked in a manufacturing company with min 5 yrs experience may only apply.
