Experience- 6 to 9 yearsLocation - MumbaiKey Roles/Responsibilities: –Recruitment and related activities:- To take care of all hirings including international locations from Sourcing, interview scheduling, salary negotiating, and offering through HRMS. - Take initiative in managing the Central Recruitment drive for hiring of GETs, and MTs, from campus coordination to onboarding as per company policy. - Oversee the contracts of Psychometric assessments and background verifications services. - Keep in touch with LinkedIn and Naukri portals, managing contract renewals, smooth implementation of services for all locations, and providing time-to-time training to all recruiters. - Manage all recruitment-related subscription fees including consultant fees and informing Unit – HR for initiating the renewal process. (60 days prior intimation is must) - Do industry mapping - Contribute in salary benchmarking process - Manpower planning & budgetingDriving Recruitment through HRMS:- To look after the entire recruitment process using the HRMS Recruitment module and ensuring full compliance. - Ensuring all Job Descriptions are uploaded in HRMS, for all responsible locations.
