The candidate will manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries, develop tailored tour packages, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to meet customer requirements. Additional responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, preparing customized travel quotes, closing sales, and ensuring seamless travel planning and customer service.Qualifications Minimum 3 + years of experiencein sales within theTravel & Tourism industry Proficiency insales, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets Hands-on experience intravel planning, itinerary creation, and vendor coordination Strongcommunication, negotiation, and customer serviceskills Fluency in Gujarati and English is mandatory(spoken and written) Good understanding oftravel & tourism industry trends and market analysis Ability to work effectively in ateam environmentand managemultiple tasks simultaneously Graduate degree is mandatory– preferably inTravel & Tourism, Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration , or a related field Experience or familiarity withJapanese culture and destinationswill be an added advantage
