Target ObjectiveThe objective of this role is to provide operational support in Key Account Management with regard to handling serial business, including the creation and maintenance of products in SAP. Furthermore, this role is responsible for preparing and maintaining requests and quotations, as well as providing information to customers and internal departments.Job Requirements- Creation and Maintenance of Data in Various IT Systems - Responsibility for creating new products in the IT system (SAP) - Execution of changes to existing products - Entry of customer inquiries in the CRM system - Responsibility for regular maintenance to ensure the quality of customer data - Monitoring the workflow of inquiries and changes; taking appropriate action in case of deviations - Preparation of quotations according to customer specifications and internal requirements like profitability target, project investment rationalization and Financial KPIs (NPV, IRR, Payback period) - Review of prices and conditions; proposing adjustments if necessary - Checking completed quotations for accuracy and completeness - Dispatching quotations and clarifying customer questions where needed - Responsibility for regular communication with customers to collect feedback or address questions and requests - Supporting the processing of customer inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Ensuring smooth internal processes to guarantee timely delivery of information and documents (e.g., order confirmations, technical data, invoices) to customers and internal departmentsCandidate ProfileEducation- Bachelors degree in any relevant stream - Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience is requiredCompetencies- Planning and organizational skills - Knowledge in building and maintaining customer relationships - Experience with CRM systems as well as MS Office, SAP and Power BI - Knowledge in sales support - Knowledge in optimizing sales processes
