Rooted in sustainability and innovation, the company is committed to enhancing farm productivity, ensuring farmer prosperity, and driving India’s vision of becoming the “Food Basket of the World.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Revenue Achievement- Develop and implement territory-wise sales plans aligned with business objectives. - Drive primary and secondary sales through effective dealer, distributor, and retail engagement. - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across the assigned product portfolio. - Monitor daily sales performance and pipeline management through CRM tools.Channel Development & Relationship Management- Identify, onboard, and nurture high-potential channel partners including agri-dealers, exporters, packhouses, cold storages, and processing units. - Provide post-sales support to ensure product application and client satisfaction. - Facilitate partner growth through periodic business reviews, training sessions, and product incentives.Market Development & Product Promotion- Conduct product demonstrations, farmer education programs, and promotional campaigns tailored to specific crops. - Plan and execute targeted outreach programs during harvesting seasons to boost product adoption. - Collaborate with marketing and R&D teams to localize communication and technical content.Technical Expertise & Product Advocacy- Develop deep knowledge of post-harvest solutions (coatings, anti-sprouting agents, fumigants, etc.), their application techniques, and benefits. - Act as a trusted advisor to farmers and stakeholders by offering customized solutions to reduce post-harvest losses and enhance shelf life. - Troubleshoot field issues, manage customer objections, and provide real-time technical support.Collaboration & Cross-functional Support- Work closely with Technical Services, Logistics, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure efficient supply chain coordination, timely collections, and smooth execution of promotional activities. - Participate in national and regional exhibitions, trade shows, and knowledge-sharing forums representing the brand and business vertical.Market Intelligence & Reporting- Collect and analyze competitive intelligence including pricing, promotions, market penetration, and customer preferences. - Maintain accurate field activity reports, sales forecasts, and performance dashboards. - Identify new opportunities, white spaces, and niche market demands within the post-harvest segment.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 5–7 years of field sales experience in agri-inputs, post-harvest products, or agri-processing sector. - Graduate/Postgraduate in Horticulture, Agri-business, or related discipline. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Familiarity with rural markets and distribution networks. - Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory. - Working knowledge of local language(s) and Hindi is essential.This is an individual contributor role.Why Join Us?- Work with one of India’s most trusted and fastest growing agri brands. - Be at the forefront of a strategic business vertical with high growth potential. - Learn and grow within a culture that values innovation, empowerment, and farmer impact. - Attractive compensation structure, field incentives, and career advancement opportunities.
