Automation Lead – Must‑Have Strong expertise in TOSCA(module creation, test case design, API automation, execution lists, Vision AI/self‑healing). Hands‑on experience leading automation strategyacross SIT, regression, and release testing cycles. Deep understanding of ecommerce workflows(catalog, cart, checkout, payments, order lifecycle). Exposure to LambdaTest / BrowserStackfor cross‑browser, cross‑device automation. Experience working with TOSCA AI capabilities , including Vision AI, intelligent object recognition, and dynamic element handling. Knowledge of AI‑driven automation techniques , such as auto‑generation of test scripts or AI‑based impact analysis. Proven ability to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelinesand ensure stable, repeatable executions. Experience maintaining and scaling large automation suitesacross multiple releases. Strong debugging and root‑cause analysis skillsfor automation failures and environment issues. Ability to identify automation candidatesand create/maintain an automation backlog aligned with QE governance. Hands-on experience with test data readinessfor automated scenarios. Strong experience in requirement traceabilityfrom user stories → test cases → automated scripts (e.g., JIRA). Experience mentoring automation teamsand enforcing QE standards, best practices, and code reviews
