Role OverviewWe are looking for a Business Development Manager who will focus on expanding business with large strategic customers and partners in the Renewable Energy, BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems), Switchgear, and Automation sectors. The ideal candidate should bring innovative ideas, explore new opportunities, and drive strategic sales growth.Key Responsibilities- Lead sales and business development for Renewable Energy/BESS customers with knowledge of EMS (Energy Management Systems).- Develop relationships with Switchgear/Automation clients, Panel Builders, DG OEMs, and EPCs.- Engage with electrical consultants to promote business solutions.- Provide customer insights for product improvements and specifications.- Negotiate solutions and pricing with strategic partners.- Participate in customer visits, trade fairs, and industry events.- Conduct competitor analysis and market mapping.- Collaborate with internal teams to share market feedback and opportunities.Requirements- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or related technical fields.- Experience: Proven experience in business development, especially in Renewable Energy, Automation, or Switchgear industries.- Sound understanding of EMS, Relays, PLCs, and SCADA systems.- Strong techno-commercial skills, including tendering, bidding, and offer preparation.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Desired Competencies- Growth & strategic mindset- Self-driven and proactive- Strong business acumen- Customer-focused approach- Ability to manage stakeholders and persuade decision-makers- Resilient and solution-orientedHow to Apply?Interested candidates can share their CVs at: chandresh.dubey@ 8655715393#J-18808-Ljbffr
