Position Summary You will engage healthcare professionals across Barasat to build trust, share clear science-based information, and support better patient care. You will create and deliver a local territory plan using customer insight to set priorities. You will work closely with colleagues across functions to solve local challenges and improve access. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other local healthcare partners. - Develop and deliver a territory business plan guided by customer insight and local needs. - Share clear, accurate, science-based information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making. - Record and report activity and outcomes accurately using company systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access. - Keep learning about clinical evidence, market trends and practical ways to improve performance. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution. - Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales or territory management experience. - Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory. - Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali or other local languages used in Barasat. - Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. - Right to work in India. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare sales roles. - Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and scientific concepts with healthcare professionals. - Strong planning, organisation and time management skills. - Ability to use customer insight and simple data to guide activity. - Fluency in Bengali and Hindi to engage a wide range of local customers. - High motivation to learn, adapt and take on increasing responsibility.
