Job Description Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily concierge operations • Source and manage vendors and service partners across Ghana • Drive marketing and social media growth strategies • Improve processes, SOPs, and workflows • Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction • Handle escalated client issues • Support staff onboarding and performance • Work with leadership to scale services. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field • Minimum 3 years experience in operations, hospitality, logistics, or customer service • Strong organisational and problem solving skills • Experience working with vendors in Ghana • Ability to thrive in a start up environment Requirements Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts). Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint. Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Time and Motion Study, Process Qualification - MBA in Analytics/Operation or related field
