We are looking for a Senior Real Estate Valuation professional to join a globally connected advisory environment working on US-based real estate valuation engagements. This role offers strong exposure to complex valuation projects, cross-border collaboration, and long-term career growth.Key Responsibilities• Support valuation engagements including property and portfolio-level analysis• Develop valuation models, perform financial reconciliation, and prepare final deliverables• Work on Purchase Price Allocation (ASC 805)• Assist with Lease Accounting and Fair Value Measurement (ASC 842)• Collaborate with teams across India and the US• Support managers on multiple valuation and advisory projects• Demonstrate independent judgment and strong decision-making skills• Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team culture• Travel and support additional projects as required.Qualifications & Skills• Bachelor’s degree in real estate finance, economics, business, accounting, or related field• 3+ years of experience with US real estate valuation standards• Strong knowledge of ASC 805, ASC 842, and fair value concepts• Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and reconciliation skills• Proficiency in MS Excel; Argus or similar valuation tools preferred• Prior experience managing US-based valuation projects is a strong plus• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Why Join• Work on high-impact US valuation engagements• Exposure to global clients and cross-border teams• Flat structure with strong learning and leadership opportunities• Inclusive, employee-focused, and growth-oriented culture
