We're Hiring: MEP BIM Modeler + TrainerOnsite | Full-time | BengaluruExperience: 1 year plus onlyARKAVE Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a passionate MEP BIM modeler who can also take on a Training role to upskill future BIM engineers.What You’ll Do:- Work on real BIM projects with a strong focus on Mechanical, Plumbing & Firefighting. - Electrical systems exposure expected as a supporting discipline. - Use Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD MEP, and Autodesk Construction Cloud for modeling and coordination. - Teach and guide junior engineers in MEP BIM workflows, tools, and quality standards.What We’re Looking For:- 1 year plus of hands-on BIM modeling experience. - Strong in Revit MEP, with coordination/clash detection using Navisworks. - Working knowledge of HVAC design, duct/pipe sizing, fire protection layouts. - Good understanding of HVAC system design concepts including air distribution, duct sizing logic, chilled water supply & return systems, and fire protection layouts. - Ability to translate design intent into accurate, coordinated BIM models. - Good communication and a mindset for mentorship.Apply at info@Let’s build better, smarter systems together — inside buildings and across teams.
