Our weddings span across stunning destinations and are designed to feel timeless, artistic, and deeply personal.At our core, we blend intuitive creativity with structured execution — ensuring each couple experiences not only beautiful imagery but a journey that feels effortless and memorable.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a Client Servicing + Creative Executive with a background or strong interest in film, editing, content, or visual storytelling.This is not a pure creative or desk-only role.The role combines client servicing, wedding-day coordination, and creative support in storytelling and post-production.You will be present on wedding floors and also contribute creatively off-floor.This is a field-intensive role and involves hectic wedding days, long hours, and hands-on ownership.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESClient Servicing- Act as a point of contact for assigned clients - Assist in collecting event details and preferences - Coordinate information between clients and internal teams - Support basic client communication and follow-upsWedding Day / Floor Responsibilities- Be present on wedding days - Assist with timelines and coordination - Support client handling and vendor communication - Ensure smooth execution on-groundCreative & Storytelling Support- Assist in creating moodboards and visual references - Help in shortlisting strong moments from footage - Support in shaping story flow for wedding films - Share creative inputs for reels and content ideasPost-Shoot Support- Organize footage and references - Assist editors with story notes - Help in content extraction and curationPREFERRED BACKGROUND- Film / Editing / Media / Content Creation / Visual Communication / Film School - Some exposure to weddings or film production preferred - Freshers with strong interest in storytelling and visuals can apply - BMS GRADS with relevant skill set.SKILLS REQUIRED- Interest in films, visuals and storytelling - Basic understanding of editing / content workflows - Organized and detail-oriented - Comfortable with Google Sheets / basic Excel - Good verbal & written communication - Calm under pressureIMPORTANT NOTE- This is not a pure creative or desk-only role - On-floor creativity is limited; major creative work happens during post-production - This role also involves client servicing, coordination and execution - Involves long working hours on wedding days - Enjoys field work more than desk-only workWHO SHOULD NOT APPLY- Looking only for hardcore creative or desk-only creative roles - Not comfortable with hectic wedding environments - Looking for fixed working hoursHOW TO APPLYEmail the following to career@- Resume / Portfolio / or Work Showcase - A short note on why this role excites you and why you want to work in weddings - Current CTC + Expected CTC - Notice Period / Earliest Joining Date(Immediate joiners preferred • Valid Passport required • Salary range strictly ₹4 -6/6.5 LPA)
