The role involves deep financial analysis, valuation work, preparation of client-facing materials, and close collaboration with global teams on cross-border transactions.Key Responsibilities●Assist with the origination and execution of M&A and private placement transactions; manage key transaction workstreams efficiently and accurately.●Perform valuation analyses using methodologies such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Leveraged Buyout (LBO), Trading Comparables, and Transaction Comparables.●Prepare high-quality marketing and client materials including pitchbooks, valuation materials, Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), and management presentations.●Develop detailed financial and operating models and perform valuation analysis using Microsoft Excel.●Support the due diligence process, including data analysis and coordination.●Conduct extensive company and industry research, including market trends, M&A activity, and buyer analysis.●Collaborate with global offices to support the origination and execution of cross-border transactions.Qualifications & Requirements●Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.●3–5 years of relevant work or internship experience within the Transaction / TMC team of an investment bank.●CFA Level I or Level II preferred.●Hands-on experience using Capital IQ (CapIQ) and PitchBook.●Exposure to successful sell-side transactions is strongly preferred.●High attention to detail with strong accuracy in work output.●Excellent written and verbal communication skills.●Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; proven self-starter.●Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.●Strong project management skills with the ability to manage tight timelines.●Ability to exercise sound judgment, make informed decisions, and work independently.●Deep passion and interest in the broader technology sector.
