You will be responsible for:- Manage the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting of the company's projects and investments. - Conduct cash flow analysis, profitability analysis, risk assessment and scenario planning for existing and potential business opportunities. - Provide guidance and advice on product pricing, cost optimization, revenue enhancement and market expansion strategies. - Lead and supervise the auditing, compliance, due diligence and tax functions of the company. - Coordinate and facilitate the joint ventures and partnerships of the company with external stakeholders. - Identify, evaluate and recommend new business investment opportunities that align with the company's vision and goals. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external auditors, regulators, bankers, investors and other financial partners. - Ensure adherence to the accounting standards, policies and procedures of the company and the relevant regulatory bodies - Mentor and coach junior staff members and provide them with feedback and training. - Stay updated on the latest trends, developments and best practices in the accounting and finance industry - Plan and execute the business expansion activities of the company such as opening new branches, entering new markets, launching new products or services, etc. - Monitor and evaluate the performance and profitability of the existing and new business units of the company - Communicate effectively with the senior management and directors. - Hands-on experience in INDAS accounting systemRequired Qualifications :- The candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant from a reputed institute. - At least 5+ years of experience working as a Chartered Accountant in the real estate sector or a similar industry. - Proficient knowledge of accounting principles, standards, taxation laws (GST/TDS/Income Tax etc) and regulations. - Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Hands-on experience with an ERP system and advanced skills in MS Excel and other accounting software. - Knowledge of RERA/SHRA will be an added advantage.
