The role requires a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal abilities, and close collaboration with business leaders to ensure alignment between HR practices and organizational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding- Support regional hiring initiatives including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination - Manage end-to-end onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new hiresEmployee Relations- Support employee relations activities and promote a positive, inclusive work culture - Partner with management to address employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolutionTraining & Development- Identify regional training needs and collaborate with HR leadership to roll out development programs - Encourage continuous learning and employee growth initiativesPerformance Management- Support performance management processes including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback cycles - Guide managers on performance improvement plans and recognition frameworksCompliance & Policy Implementation- Ensure adherence to applicable labor laws and internal HR policies - Assist in rolling out HR policies and procedures across the regionHR Data & Reporting- Track, analyze, and report HR metrics to identify trends and improvement areas - Prepare periodic HR reports for management reviewSkills & QualificationsEducation- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA / MA / MS in HR or related discipline preferredExperience- Minimum 5 years of HR experience - Prior exposure to the logistics or allied industry is preferredHR Knowledge- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR functions and employment lawsCommunication- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsInterpersonal Skills- Strong conflict management abilities - Empathetic, supportive, and stakeholder-focused approachOrganizational Skills- High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilityLeadership- Proven supervisory and people-management skills
