This role requires deep expertise incore HRBP practices ,AI-enabled HR processes , and strong business acumen to influence decision-making at the senior leadership level. Key Responsibilities People Engagement & Performance Design, enhance, and drive people engagement strategies to improve employee experience, performance, and organizational effectiveness. Partner closely with senior leaders to align people priorities with business goals. Feedback & Listening Systems Lead global feedback and engagement mechanisms including360° feedback, engagement surveys, and team reflection frameworks . Ensure actionable follow-ups, continuous improvement, and governance compliance. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Define, monitor, and reportdiversity KPIs . Drive inclusive leadership behaviors and embed DEI principles into talent and performance processes. Data, Analytics & AI Enablement Build and own people analytics frameworks, dashboards, and reports to deliveractionable insights . Lead and role-model AI implementation in HR , including automation, AI agents, and digital HR solutions. Enable adoption through peer training and best-practice sharing. Organizational Development & Change Support organizational development initiatives and cultural transformation programs. Design and facilitate leadership workshops and change interventions. Governance & Compliance Own and govern global HR standards related to feedback systems, exit processes, and sustainability reporting. Ensure compliance with employment laws, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
