This includes planning, scheduling, coordinating, and overseeing the implementation of changes to the organization's IT infrastructure, applications, and services, to minimize the risk of disruption and ensure that changes are delivered according to business needs.Key Responsibilities Change Management Own and manage theend-to-end SAP change lifecycle (Normal, Standard, Emergency changes). Ensure compliance withITILChange Management best practices and organizational policies. Chair CAB and fitness for launch release calls for GO/NO GO along with tech and business leaders. Assess change impact, risk, and dependencies across SAP modules C hair and manage Change Advisory Board (CAB / eCAB) meetings. Validate business justification , technical readiness, androllback plans for all SAP changes. Track and manage change collisions,blackout periods, and freeze windows. Maintain change KPIs (success rate, emergency changes, failed changes). Proven experience in managing team & skilled and experienced problem solving. Release Management Plan and coordinate SAP release cycles (minor, major, patch, support packs, hotfixes). Develop and maintain SAP release calendars aligned with business priorities. Coordinate releases across multiple SAP systems ( DEV, QA, PRE-PROD, PROD) . Ensure alignment between SAP development, BASIS, testing, and business teams. Oversee cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare support. Ensure releases are compliant with approval, testing, and documentation standards. Manage dependencies with non-SAP systems and third-party vendors.
