Collaborate with city teams, central functions, and business leaders for alignment.5. Enforce process discipline in lead follow-ups, documentation, and counselling interactions.6. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and organize hiring/training initiatives. 7. Monitor and ensure compliance adherence among counselling teams.Key Performance Indicators1.
