We ensure accuracy through in-depth subject matter expertise, model selection, and building real-time AI training interface.Responsibilities- Design End-to-End Workflows: Map, document, and standardize complete workflows across client execution, vendor onboarding, delivery, reporting, billing, and support operations - Identify & Eliminate Inefficiencies: Conduct systematic analysis to uncover bottlenecks, manual dependencies, failure points, and process redundancies across active projects - Architect Scalable Automation Solutions: Design automation strategies using platforms like n8n, Make, Zapier, and custom scripts to handle growing volumes across multiple concurrent projects - Build Reusable Process Frameworks: Create standardized, templatized workflows that can be rapidly deployed across different clients and project types - Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the central orchestrator between Business, Operations, Tech, and external vendors to ensure seamless process execution - Translate Workflows into Technical Specifications: Create PRDs, flow diagrams, state machines, and detailed technical documentation for engineering implementation - Establish Process Discipline: Define, implement, and enforce SOPs across teams to ensure consistent workflow adherence and operational excellence - Monitor & Optimize System Performance: Track key metrics (TAT, error rates, cost efficiency, reliability) and continuously refine processes based on real-world performance data - Manage Exception Handling: Design fallback mechanisms and recovery protocols for workflow failures, ensuring business continuity - Prioritize Automation Roadmap: Balance multiple competing automation initiatives across active projects, making data-driven prioritization decisionsCore Skills & Experience- Systems Thinking: Ability to visualize complex, multi-step processes and design coherent systems that connect disparate tools, teams, and workflows - Automation Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) and understanding of integration capabilities across CRMs, ERPs, communication platforms, and admin tools - Technical Architecture: Understanding of system design principles, API integrations, data flows, webhooks, and the technical constraints of automation platforms - Process Mapping & Documentation: Proficiency in creating flow diagrams, BPMN diagrams, swimlane charts, and detailed process documentation that serves both business and technical audiences - Vendor & Tool Ecosystem Management: Experience evaluating, integrating, and managing third-party platforms (WhatsApp Business API, Slack, email services, project management tools) - Operational Experience: Background in operations, delivery, or implementation roles with firsthand knowledge of execution challenges and ground realities - Cross-Team Facilitation: Proven ability to drive consensus and adoption across teams with competing priorities, ensuring process compliance without bureaucracy - Metrics-Driven Optimization: Experience defining operational KPIs, building dashboards, and using data to identify improvement opportunities - Bias for Action: Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to design "good enough" solutions quickly, then iterate based on learnings - Scalability Mindset: Understanding of how to design workflows that function smoothly whether handling 10 or 1,000 transactions, anticipating breaking points before they occurOur Culture- Remote First: Work from anywhere, on your own productive schedule - Team First: We believe that great products are built through collaboration - Performance Focused: We value how fast you learn, how creatively you think, and how accountable you are.
