We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and drive people-centric strategies that support our organizational goals and culture.Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the overall HR function, ensuring smooth operations across recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee engagement, and training. - Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with hospitality industry best practices. - Handle end-to-end recruitment including manpower planning, job postings, interviews, selection, and onboarding. - Manage employee relations, including grievance handling, conflict resolution, counseling, and disciplinary processes. - Ensure compliance with all applicable Indian labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, gratuity, maternity benefits, and other regulations. - Plan and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and service quality. - Oversee payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and preparation of HR MIS reports. - Drive employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and retention strategies. - Collaborate closely with the General Manager and department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives. - Foster a positive, professional, and performance-driven work culture. - Responsible for Unit Operational budget.Requirements & Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. - Mandatory experience in a 5-star hotel environment. - Strong knowledge of HR best practices, Indian labour laws, and statutory compliance. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and confidentiality. - Proficiency in HRMS software, MS Office, IDS and other digital HR tools.Benefits- Provident Fund - Food provided - Cell phone reimbursementCommuting / Relocation- Puri, Odisha: Candidate should be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate before joining (preferred).
