This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in HR and recruitment withinmid-to-large IT organizations (250+ employees)and proven experience leading HR teams. The Sr. HR Operations professional will act as a key liaison between employees and leadership, ensuring efficient execution of HR operations, compliance, performance management, and recruitment strategies.Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle management, HR compliance, policy administration, performance management, and HRMS implementation. Oversee day-to-day HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, compliance, and exit formalities. Manage and mentor a team of7–10 HR and Talent Acquisition professionals . Ensure alignment with industry best practices, particularly within IT and technology environments. Optimize and manage HR systems (HROne, Keka, Zoho People, or similar) and drive automation of HR workflows. Act as a central point of contact between management and employees, handling grievances, employee relations, and engagement initiatives. Develop, implement, and enforce standardized HR policies, processes, and SOPs. Partner with leadership on manpower planning, compensation benchmarking, talent retention, and organizational development initiatives. Drive data-driven HR reporting, workforce analytics, and management dashboards. Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.) in coordination with finance and legal teams. Conduct internal HR audits to ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements. Support employer branding, employee engagement programs, training & development initiatives, and internal HR communications.Candidate Requirements Experience:Minimum 8 years in HR and Recruitment, with at least 4 years in a leadership or managerial role. Industry Background:Experience in a mid-to-large IT/Technology services organization (250+ employees). Location:Must be based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate immediately. Team Management:Proven experience managing HR and recruitment teams of 7–10 members. Technology:Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms such as HROne, Keka, Zoho People, or equivalent. Process-Oriented:Strong ability to define, implement, and continuously improve HR workflows and policies. Leadership Skills:Excellent people management, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement skills. Communication:Strong written and verbal communication with confidence in working with senior leadership. Education:Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/degree in Human Resources preferred.
