From exterior to interior walls, furniture to floors, and bathrooms to kitchens, to even pools and splashbacks, Stonelamwith its huge range of designs, can add a new dimension in style and elegance.Key Responsibilities -- A highly result oriented technically strong individual experienced in successfully delivering commercial and residential façade and other interior projects. - Delivering training programs to all external (applicators, team of channel partners) and induction & refresher training to all internal (staff in a zone) as per the calendar. - In coordination with sales, channel partner team implement best practices and new solutions of installation. - Ensuring technical feasibility with on time project delivery, ensuring quality & safety - Proven track record in site management, production management, planning & execution, coordination, quality control, design management, technical coordination and procurement. - Ensuring applicators are following standard procedure and processes of site measurements. - Ensure that installation being done as per the drawing & design as compliance unless written approval from Architect & Customer. - Knowledge of full cycle of Façade and interior projects and ability to manage large scale projects from conceptual phase to till handing over. Knowledge of large tile installations in dry and wet cladding systems will be an added advantage. - Ability to think of out-of-the-box solutions for various fabrication jobs and successfully execute the same in an innovative, efficient and timely manner. - Strong relationships with Façade consultants and fabricating agencies across the Zone. - Capable of building installation partners across Zone helping the end consumer with a rich turn-key experience of the installed Stonelam slabs. - Adept to handle all after-sales consumer grievances, if any.Qualification & Desired Skill Set -- 6 - 8 years of experience in technical support and site supervision from Building material industry only. - Engineering Graduate/ Diploma in (Civil/Mechanical). - Understanding of Façade installation (both dry & wet cladding). - Good time management, interpersonal & problem - solving skills.
