Role: Assistant Manager – Presales QE SolutionsLocation: Hyderabad, WFO 5 daysExperience: 5–10 yearsWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Presales & Quality Engineering (QE) Solutions to lead end‑to‑end presales, solutioning, and client engagement activities across digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in QE, automation, architecture thinking, and the ability to craft compelling solutions for enterprise clients across domains such as Retail, Banking, Insurance, and Travel & Hospitality (TTH).Key Responsibilities:Presales & Solutioning- Lead complete presales cycles for medium to large/complex deals across mobility, digital transformation, BI, AI/ML, cloud-native, microservices, RPA, and QE. - Architect scalable, cost‑optimized, and technology-agnostic solutions integrating multiple tech stacks and engineering practices. - Develop high‑quality proposals, RFP/RFI responses, solution blueprints, presentations, and value stories. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (delivery, SMEs, finance, CoEs) for accurate scoping, estimations, and solution design.Quality Engineering (QE) Expertise- Design end‑to‑end solutions using leading QE frameworks, tools, and methodologies. - Recommend best-fit automation tools, accelerators, and test strategies aligned with customer environments. - Ensure QE solution designs incorporate CI/CD, DevOps, Agile, and Scaled Agile practices. - Provide guidance across functional, automation, performance, regression, and non‑functional testing areas.Client Engagement & Communication- Engage with CXO and senior customer stakeholders to understand business challenges and present high-impact solutions. - Deliver persuasive presentations, demos, and solution walkthroughs during presales cycles. - Act as a trusted advisor by translating business needs into actionable, technology-driven QE and digital solutions.Role Competencies- An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an added advantage. - Strong presales and solutioning experience in digital transformation and QE services. - Hands‑on understanding of automation frameworks, testing lifecycle, and QE tools. - Excellent communication, storytelling, and proposal-writing capabilities. - Solid understanding of SDLC/STLC, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Agile/SAFe delivery models. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
