The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, training and development, and organizational planning. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision, managing the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring legal compliance in employment practices, and enhancing employee engagement. The role also involves serving as a strategic partner to management in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Qualifications Expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management Strong knowledge and implementation of employment laws and compliance regulations Proficiency in training and development and employee engagement strategies Ability to strategize and align HR functions with organizational objectives Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional HR certification is a plus Proficiency in using HR management software and tools is an advantage Required experience- 3 to 5 years
