About the RoleInfiniti Building Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead the commissioning, testing, and handover of Life Safety and Speciality Systems across commercial, IT parks, data centers, and critical infrastructure projects. The role demands strong technical expertise, certifications, and hands-on experience with global OEM systems.Key ResponsibilitiesCommissioning & Testing- Lead end-to-end commissioning of: - Fire Alarm Systems (FAS) - Public Address / Voice Evacuation Systems (PA/VA) - VESDA / Aspirating Smoke Detection Systems - Water Leak Detection (WLD) Systems - Rodent Repellent Systems - Conduct system integration testing, cause & effect validation, and final acceptance testing. - Ensure commissioning complies with NFPA, NBC, IS, UL, FM and project-specific standards.OEM & System Expertise- Fire Alarm Systems: - EST4 (Edwards) - Simplex - Notifier - PA / Voice Alarm Systems: - BOSCH - ATIES - OPTIMUS - VESDA / Aspirating Systems: - Xtralis - Securiton - AIRSENSE - Coordinate OEM programming, configuration, and site optimization.Project & Stakeholder Coordination- Work closely with project managers, design teams, OEM engineers, consultants, and clients. - Support FAT, SAT, authority inspections, and third-party audits. - Address site challenges, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure timely closures.Documentation & Handover- Prepare and review: - Commissioning checklists - Test reports - As-built drawings - O&M manuals - Training materials - Conduct client and FM team training sessions. - Ensure smooth system handover and client sign-off.Leadership & Quality- Lead and mentor commissioning engineers and technicians. - Enforce safety practices and quality standards at site. - Drive first-time-right commissioning and minimize rework.Qualifications & ExperienceEducation- B.Tech / Diploma in: - Electrical Engineering - Electronics & Communication EngineeringExperience- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in commissioning Life Safety & ELV systems. - Proven hands-on experience with large-scale commercial / critical infrastructure projects.Certifications (Preferred)- OEM certifications from: - Edwards (EST) - Simplex - Notifier - BOSCH / ATIES / OPTIMUS - Xtralis / Securiton / AIRSENSE - Knowledge of NFPA standards is highly desirable.Key Skills & Competencies- Strong troubleshooting and system integration skills - In-depth understanding of cause & effect matrices - Excellent coordination and communication abilities - Client-facing and authority-handling experience - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - High focus on safety, compliance, and qualityWhy Join Infiniti Building Solutions?- Work on landmark and mission-critical projects - Exposure to latest global life safety technologies - Leadership role with growth opportunities - Collaborative and professional work environment
