Job Description

We are seeking a Manager - Strategy & Planning to join our team at ting. The Manager of Strategy & Planning will be responsible for the strategic planning process for the organization, as well as ensuring that the organization's goals and objectives are aligned with its mission and values. The Manager will oversee the development and execution of strategic plans, including market analysis, competitive analysis, and risk assessment, and will collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize key initiatives to drive growth and achieve business objectives.Key Responsibilities- Support the development of strategic and brand plans for clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives, brand purpose, and values. - Partner closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to translate strategic priorities into clear plans, roadmaps, and deliverables. - Conduct in‑depth market, consumer, cultural, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, risks, and white spaces. - Develop strategic frameworks, POVs, and presentations for existing clients and new business pitches. - Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for assigned clients and projects. - Monitor performance against strategic objectives and provide insights and recommendations for course correction where required. - Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to enable smooth delivery of strategic outputs. - Support the broader strategy vision by contributing to thought leadership, tools, and processes within the strategy function.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - 4-6 years of experience in strategy, planning, consulting, or a related role, preferably within advertising, brand, or digital agencies. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience in market and competitive analysis. - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas to diverse audiences. - Experience working in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards. - Collaborative mindset with a balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.What Success Looks Like- Clear, insightful strategies that positively impact client business outcomes. - Strong collaboration with internal teams leading to seamless strategy‑to‑execution alignment. - Positive feedback from clients and senior stakeholders on strategic thinking and contribution.This job description is not intended to be all‑inclusive.
