The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment skills, the ability to assess candidates against role-specific criteria, and a willingness to take on challenging assignments while being mentored by management.Key Responsibilities:Human Resources ManagementRecruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including direct hiring and coordination with recruitment agencies. Shortlist candidates based on management-defined criteria and make preliminary assessments regarding their suitability for roles. Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle onboarding and exit processes, ensuring smooth transitions for employees. Oversee payroll, leave tracking, and other routine HR administrative tasks. Policy Adherence: Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.Office AdministrationManage petty cash expenses and accurately record them in accounting software. Oversee general office administrative tasks, including vendor coordination for office supplies and services.Employee Engagement and Special ProjectsPlan and execute employee engagement initiatives to build a positive and collaborative work environment. Support management in handling short-term projects and assignments, ensuring timely completion.Requirements:Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience:Minimum 1 year of experience in HR and administrative functions, preferably in a service-based company. Skills and Competencies: Strong ability to assess candidate suitability for roles and shortlist effectively. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Quick learner, open to taking on challenging assignments. Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and HR tools/software. Organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
