About the role :We are looking for a dynamic and student-friendly Branch Executive who can manage front-desk responsibilities and handle telecalling to support our counseling and sales team. You’ll play a key role in guiding students and parents with basic information and ensuring a smooth experience at our branch.The charter for this role will include:- Greet and assist walk-in students and parents. - Manage student appointments and maintain the counselor calendar. - Handle incoming calls and guide students to the right point of contact. - Maintain daily visitor logs and ensure the front office is always well-organized and presentable. - Make outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in studying abroad (via leads from website/events/social media). - Share accurate and basic information about countries, courses, and intakes. - Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for counseling sessions. - Maintain proper call logs and update lead data in CRM tools. - Handle basic queries over call or WhatsApp and guide students to the appropriate counselor.Ideal Persona would :- Excellent communication in English, Bengali and Hindi - Prior experience in telecalling, counseling support, or front office will be an advantage. - Confident, friendly, and student-oriented approach. - Strong phone etiquette and listening skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication. - Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.Your moveHaving a busy week? - Simply apply hereWant to skip the queue? - Take out a few mins and write a standout email to us at [email protected] - upto 3.5L
