This role involves end-to-end project research, contact validation, and structured outbound outreach to verify and enrich construction project intelligence. The position is research-driven and accuracy-focused. This is not a sales role. All outreach activities are strictly for information verification and research purposes. The ideal candidate enjoys investigative research, structured documentation, process adherence, and professional communication with industry stakeholders.Key Responsibilities- Research and track residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects across India - Monitor and update project lifecycle stages including approvals, construction progress, and completion - Review and analyze official documentation such as environmental clearances, and approval records - Extract, validate, and record relevant project data as per defined internal workflows - Ensure timely and accurate updates of project status within internal systemsOutreach & Information Verification- Conduct structured outbound calls to builders, promoters, contractors, and project stakeholders - Verify project details, company information, and contact data - Confirm roles of companies involved (promoter, contractor, consultant, vendor, etc.) - Document verified information accurately in internal toolsOutreach is factual, professional, and verification-focused — no selling or pitching involvedContact Mining & Data Validation- Extract contact names, phone numbers, and email IDs from official documents - Validate and map contacts to the correct company or role - Identify and flag incorrect, duplicate, or low-confidence data - Maintain clean and reliable company and contact profiles Data Quality & Process Adherence - Follow internal data quality and validation guidelines - Escalate ambiguous or unclear cases instead of making assumptions - Ensure consistency and accuracy across large volumes of data - Work closely with internal QA and research teamsSkills- Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Comfortable with outbound calling for information verification - Ability to read and interpret structured documents - Good written and verbal communication skills - Comfortable with repetitive, process-driven work - Basic proficiency in Excel / spreadsheets
