Location: Pune (Hybrid — office presence required)Compensation: ₹30,000–₹50,000 per month + performance incentivesExperience: 2–5 years in Sales (experience in Education / Ed-Tech is a strong advantage)Role overviewWe’re hiring a target-driven Sales Executive to join our growth team in Pune (hybrid). You’ll manage inbound/outbound enquiries, convert prospective learners into students, and work closely with marketing, training, and operations to scale admissions. This role suits a confident communicator with strong sales discipline and an affinity for ed-tech products and community building.Location: Pune (Hybrid — office presence required)Compensation: ₹30,000–₹50,000 per month + performance incentivesExperience: 2–5 years in Sales (experience in Education / Ed-Tech is a strong advantage)What you’ll do — Key responsibilities---------------------------------------Sales & Student Conversion- Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries across phone, WhatsApp and email. - Explain course offerings, modules, outcomes and career impact clearly and confidently. - Drive lead-to-admission conversion with timely follow-ups and consultative selling. - Maintain high conversion rates and accurate follow-up records.Client communication & coordination- Interact professionally with students, parents, and corporate stakeholders. - Update CRM and maintain a daily lead tracker; share regular sales activity reports. - Coordinate with training, marketing, and ops to ensure smooth onboarding and student experience.Marketing support (influencer-style content)- Participate in short promotional videos and social content when required (script and guidance provided). - Assist in brand-building activities on social media as part of performance marketing efforts.Operational & admin- Attend a mandatory 10-day onboarding workshop and complete assigned training videos. - Maintain student records, course documentation, and centralized data systems. - Share timely updates via WhatsApp, email, and internal trackers.Who we’re looking for — Requirements- 2–5 years’ experience in sales; experience in Education / Ed-Tech preferred. - Excellent verbal and written communication; persuasive and consultative selling style. - Comfortable working from an office in Pune (hybrid model). - Confident on camera and comfortable creating short video content for social media (not mandatory but preferred). - Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, WhatsApp communication and basic sales tooling. - Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple leads concurrently.HackNow is an equal opportunity employer.
