We are Hiring: Design Manager (MEP) – HyderabadWe are seeking an experienced Design Manager (MEP) to join our team in Hyderabad. This role requires a highly skilled professional to oversee the design, coordination, and execution of MEP systems across large-scale projects.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate MEP systems into overall building designs. - Review design and selection of MEP equipment, ensuring compliance with project requirements. - Develop design basis, guidelines, technical specifications, MEP drawings, and tender documentation. - Research and implement cost-effective and efficient solutions for projects. - Ensure scalability, adaptability, and innovation in MEP solutions across different projects. - Facilitate decision-making, manage schedules, and coordinate project changes. - Coordinate vendor activities, cost managers, and lessons learned; attend OAC and project meetings. - Track and report project progress on scope, schedule, and budget. - Ensure MEP installations meet quality standards and comply with codes and regulations. - Oversee start-up, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover to operations teams. - Provide oversight of vendor performance, scope of work, and site design reviews. - Prepare project status presentations and MIS reports for top management and clients. - Perform other tasks as assigned by management.Qualifications & Experience:- B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering - Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in MEP design & managementSkills & Competencies:- Familiarity with ESG policies and design management in similar projects - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, installation procedures, and tolerances - Proficiency in contract interpretation, project schedules, and variation/claims analysis - Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills - Supervisory experience, including vendor and team management - Knowledge of Prolog and Primavera scheduling is desirable - Advanced MS Office skills and professional English proficiencyReporting to: Project DirectorDesignation & Compensation:- Level: Lead (based on experience and expertise) - Compensation: Competitive, aligned with skills and value additionContact: prasad.m@Phone: +91-9019863924If you are passionate about delivering world-class MEP design solutions and leading large-scale projects, we would love to hear from you!
