Job Description: Safety Specialist – Electrical SafetyReporting To: Project Safety Manager / LeadQualifications- BE / B.Tech – Electrical - ADIS / PDIS / NEBOSH or equivalent safety certificationExperience- ~7 years of relevant experience - Proven electrical safety experience at construction sites - Hands-on exposure to greenfield and brownfield projectsPurpose of the RoleTo implement and strengthen electrical safety systems at project sites by conducting inspections, driving compliance, and creating awareness among site personnel to ensure accident-free electrical operations.Key Roles & Responsibilities- Review Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and power distribution schemes for compliance - Implement inspection programs for electrical installations and statutory compliance - Establish and enforce LOTO (Lockout–Tagout) systems - Review and approve cable laying, routing, and dressing practices - Support preparation and implementation of electrical SOPs and permit systems - Ensure inspection and effectiveness of electrical safety devices (RCCBO, earthing, etc.) - Maintain and monitor inspection schedules and registers for fixed and portable electrical equipment - Implement color coding and fitness tagging for electrical tools and equipment - Review fire protection requirements for electrical installations (SDBs, PDBs) - Inspect and ensure adequacy of electrical safety PPE - Prepare and deliver site-specific electrical safety training for electricians - Participate in high-risk review meetings and escalate critical electrical safety observations - Provide inputs to management for continuous improvement of electrical safety systems - Prepare and submit weekly/monthly MIS reports to the Project Safety ManagerInterested and Qualified candidates can directly share their resume to 8056860077 (WhatsApp Only) OR john.ar@
