We partner with leading food, edible oil, dairy, feed, and health-nutrition brands to deliver precision-engineered blends that enhance bioavailability, product stability, regulatory compliance, and real-world nutritional impact across India and global markets.Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Business Head – Nutrition Solutions (East India) to own and scale our regional business across key food, feed, and nutraceutical manufacturing clusters. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for revenue growth, profitability, strategic partnerships, and regional team leadership. The ideal candidate will combine strong B2B sales expertise with technical nutrition understanding and proven experience managing enterprise accounts and distribution networks.Key Responsibilities1. Business Leadership & P&L Ownership- Own regional revenue, margin, and profitability targets. - Develop and execute long-term regional growth strategies aligned with national objectives. - Define pricing, channel, and distributor strategies to maximise market penetration. - Build, mentor, and lead regional sales and technical support teams. - Represent the company at key industry forums, exhibitions, and associations.2. Business Development & Client Acquisition- Strategically identify and onboard new B2B customers in edible oil, dairy, processed foods, nutraceuticals, and animal feed segments. - Establish strong relationships with procurement heads, QA, R&D, and senior leadership of client organisations. - Present and position the company’s fortification and premix portfolio including Vitamin A/D blends for oils, Calcium & B12 for dairy, Iron & Zinc for foods, and customised nutraceutical blends. - Drive monthly and quarterly revenue, margin, and client acquisition targets within the assigned territory.3. Key Account & Relationship Management- Act as the primary business owner for strategic and enterprise accounts in the region. - Develop annual account growth plans and negotiate long-term commercial agreements. - Collaborate with technical and formulation teams to deliver customised nutrition solutions. - Ensure service excellence, timely deliveries, and payment collections. - Track market activities, pricing trends, and new product launches.4. Sales Planning, Budgeting & Reporting- Prepare regional sales budgets, forecasts, and pipeline plans. - Track KPIs including revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and forecast accuracy. - Submit structured weekly and monthly business reviews to the National Sales Head / Leadership Team. - Collaborate with marketing on lead generation initiatives, seminars, industry events, and exhibitions.5.
