Role type: Internship (students / fresh graduates)Duration: 3-6 months (flexible)Location: Remote / HybridStart: ASAPStipend: Paid (based on skill level)What you’ll doYou will support our content and design team by creating and animating simple, appealing characters and assets for short videos and product-related visuals. This is a hands-on internship with real production output and rapid feedback.Responsibilities- Design clean 2D character assets (poses, expressions, mouth shapes, hands/arms, props). - Prepare production-ready layered files (well-separated parts, consistent naming, organized structure). - Rig characters for animation using one or more of: - Adobe After Effects (Puppet tools / deformers / controller layers) - Adobe Character Animator and/or Cartoon Animator 5 - Adobe Animate (optional) - Animate short scenes and loops (acting beats, reactions, simple cycles). - Create reusable templates (rigs, poses, common motions) to speed up production. - Use AI image tools for concept exploration and quick variations, then convert to usable final assets.Tools you may use- Adobe Illustrator (primary for vector character parts) - Adobe After Effects (primary for rigging/animation) - Adobe Animate / Cartoon Animator 5 / Adobe Character Animator (optional) - AI image generation tools (for ideation and variations)Who this is for- Final-year students, fresh graduates, or early-career designers/animators. - You have a portfolio (even student work is fine) showing interest in character work and animation.What we’re looking for- Fundamentals: clear shapes, readable poses, basic timing and motion. - Comfort working with layers and structure (not “one flat image”). - Ability to follow a consistent style and take feedback quickly. - Reliability: you can commit consistent weekly hours and hit deadlines.Nice to have (not required)- Any rigging experience (bones, deformers, facial rigs). - Simple 3D familiarity (optional). - Basic motion graphics sense (text/scene composition).Portfolio / submission requirementsPlease share:- A portfolio link (Behance/Drive/YouTube is fine) - 2–3 examples of character design and/or animation - Your tool comfort level (Illustrator / AE / others) - Availability (hours per week) + internship duration you can commitWhat you’ll get- Real production experience with fast iteration cycles - Guidance on building clean files, reusable rigs, and animation workflows - A stronger portfolio with shipped work
