Job TitleCloud Security Engineer – Manager / Senior ManagerLocationBangalore, IndiaExperience7–10 YearsNotice PeriodImmediate / Early Joiners PreferredRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Cloud Security Engineer at Manager / Senior Manager level to lead and strengthen cloud security across multi-cloud environments. The role requires deep hands-on expertise in policy-as-code, cloud security posture management, and infrastructure security automation.Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and govern cloud security controls across Azure and GCP environments - Develop and maintain policy-as-code frameworks using OPA/Rego for cloud and IaC governance (critical skill) - Implement and manage Wiz CNAPP for cloud security posture management, risk visibility, and remediation - Secure and validate Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation - Automate cloud governance and compliance using Cloud Custodian or similar policy automation tools - Partner with cloud, DevOps, and platform teams to embed security into CI/CD pipelines - Identify misconfigurations, excessive permissions, and security gaps across cloud workloads - Drive remediation, hardening standards, and security best practices across environments - Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives related to cloud securityRequired Skills & Experience- 7–10 years of experience in cloud security or cloud infrastructure security - Strong hands-on experience with multi-cloud security (Azure & GCP mandatory) - Expert-level expertise in OPA / Rego for policy-as-code (non-negotiable) - Proven experience with Wiz CNAPP for CSPM, risk prioritization, and remediation - Solid experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation - Hands-on experience with Cloud Custodian or similar cloud policy automation tools - Strong understanding of cloud IAM, network security, workload security, and data protection - Ability to work closely with engineering and DevOps teams in fast-paced environmentsNice to Have- Exposure to CI/CD security integrations - Experience in regulated or large enterprise cloud environments - Relevant cloud or security certifications (Azure, GCP, Security)
