Role OverviewIndustrial Designer will play a key role in shaping Cirkla’s sustainable packaging solutions by translating customer requirements into functional, cost-effective, and manufacturable designs. This role involves end-to-end product design—from concept development and 3D modeling to detailed drawings and documentation-while optimizing designs for performance, cost, and international standards. Working closely with internal teams and manufacturing partners, the designer will contribute to building scalable, high-impact alternatives to plastic packaging in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment.What You’ll Do- Responsible for developing products along with renders and graphics - Come up with cost effective design solutions which meet the international standards - Understand customer requirement to establish the design brief and conceptualise solutions - Review and identify problems and create functional designs - Evaluate design considerations to optimise relevant DFX (Design for Excellence) - Develop 3D models on Solidworks for the solutions - Draft 2D drawings of products developed and ensure proper document controlWho you are- Graduate/Post Graduate in Product/Industrial Design - 2-3 years of industry experience in product designing in a high-growth work environment demonstrated in a portfolio that showcases the problem solving ability and strategic thinking - Proficient in Solidworks and Keyshot - Experienced in graphic designing with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop - Experience in Packaging Design is preferred - Knowledge and Experience in Manufacturing is preferred - Consistent track record of delivering design projects successfully - Self-starter, high ownership & hungry for personal growth - Strong communication skills, and ability to deal with ambiguityWhy join us?- Impact: Be a part of the early team of a business that will create a large meaningful impact on the planet while being profitable - Wealth creation: Competitive CTC - Culture: People who are super-driven, grounded and nice to work with!Location: MumbaiCTC: INR 7-9
