Role OverviewWe are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Expert to own and scale website & app conversions across our D2C e-commerce funnel. This role sits at the intersection of data, UX, performance marketing, and experimentation with a clear mandate to drive measurable uplifts in CVR, AOV, and funnel efficiency.You will work closely with Performance Marketing, Product, Design, Tech, and Retention teams to turn traffic into revenue.2. Key ResponsibilitiesConversion & Funnel Optimization- Own end-to-end CRO for Homepage -> PLP -> PDP -> Cart -> Checkout - Identify drop-offs, friction points, and behavioral gaps using data - Drive continuous improvement in CVR, AOV, and checkout success rateExperimentation & A/B Testing- Design, execute, and analyze A/B & multivariate tests - Prioritize experiments using structured frameworks (ICE / PXL / RICE) - Translate insights into scalable learnings across the site/appAnalytics & Insights- Deep-dive into GA4, heatmaps, session recordings, funnel reports - Partner with Performance Marketing to improve landing page & traffic-quality CVR - Build dashboards to track weekly/monthly CRO impactUX, Content & Merchandising- Work with Design & Content teams on: - PDP structure, imagery, copy, trust badges, reviews - Navigation, filters, sorting, search optimization - Improve mobile-first experience (majority traffic)Checkout & Payments Optimization- Optimize checkout flows (COD vs Prepaid, payment failures, drop-offs) - Improve prepaid adoption & reduce RTOs via UX nudgesCross-Functional Collaboration- Collaborate with Tech/Product for implementation & testing - Work closely with Retention on personalization & repeat journeys3.
