With a team of more than 3,000 employees operating in 90 plus countries and a global network of over 35,000 experts, we help improve economies, societies and, most importantly, people's lives.Duties and Responsibilities:The incumbent will be working on multiple projects, undertaking following responsibilities:- Develop and refine Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) frameworks and systems to align with objective of projects in northeastern states. - Design data collection methodologies, tools, and data management systems to capture project activities and results. - Integrate MEL into the entire project lifecycle, from design to evaluation and learning. - Ensure the quality, integrity, completeness, and recency of data collected through various sources. - Implement robust data pipelines and processes for data cleaning, management, and storage. - Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis to identify trends, measure impact, and derive actionable insights. - Produce performance reports, impact assessments, and narrative summaries for program staff, management, and external stakeholders. - Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards to visualize key performance indicators. - Provide technical support for database development, data transfer, and the use of digital monitoring tools. - Stay updated on innovative data tools and global best practices and recommend their contextual application. - Collaborate with IT and GIS specialists on database development, data uploading, and map creation for visualizing productivity and resilience. - Build the capacity of project and partner teams through training, workshops, and coaching on MEL principles and tools. - Facilitate learning reviews and reflection sessions to share lessons learned and promote adaptive management.Required Qualifications:- With over 10 years of experience in livelihood or social sector. - Experience of working in large scale transformative projects in Livelihood sector with Central/ State Government.
