We strive to provide rapid, performance-based, industry-focused and technology-enabled services, which reflect a shared knowledge of global and local industries and our experience of the Indian business environment.Primary Responsibilities-- Pertaining to Interbank fund transfers, FDs, Interest, TDS, Bank charges, Gratuity and Dividend. - Reconciling the balance confirmation with books for FD, borrowing, Interest, Bank charges. - Prepare and monitor actual vs. forecasted cash flows across various entities. - Analyze inflow/outflow trends to support fund planning and decision-making. - Maintain the tracker of FD and borrowing position. - Analyze FD income and borrowing costs to optimize treasury returns. - Follow up with the respective stakeholder for schedule payments. - Update cash balance with FD balances. - Checking balances positive balances before any payment. - Maintain and communicate the firm’s fund position on a regular basis. - Book FX rates and upload into systems; validate against daily high/low benchmarks. - Reconcile EEFC accounts and other foreign currency positions. - Submit necessary documentation for loan availments., FD placements. - Coordinate and negotiate with banks to secure favorable interest rates and terms. - Prepare treasury various reports including Drawing Power, Unhedged Foreign Currency Exposure, and FCY position and updates etc. - Validate interest earned/paid, bank charges, and booked FX rates. - Drive automation initiatives within treasury processes. - Ensure reconciliations are timely and accurate across all treasury activities.Skills Required-- Qualification- MBA /CA Inter. - 4+ years of relevant experience in finance, treasury operations, accounting. - Excellent communication skills. - Excellent MS office skills.
