Role OverviewInfiniti Building Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced ELV Service Manager to lead and manage service operations for our AMC and Service Contract clients. The role involves managing a large team of service engineers, ensuring high service uptime, SLA compliance, customer satisfaction, and technical excellence across ELV and Security Systems.Key ResponsibilitiesService Operations & AMC Management- Own end-to-end service delivery for AMC clients, ensuring: - Preventive maintenance schedules are adhered to - Breakdown calls are addressed within SLA timelines - System uptime and reliability are consistently maintained - Plan, monitor, and optimize service resources across multiple client locations. - Track KPIs such as response time, resolution time, repeat calls, and customer satisfaction.Team Leadership & People Management- Lead, mentor, and manage a large team of ELV service engineers and supervisors. - Allocate manpower based on skill sets, site criticality, and SLA requirements. - Conduct performance reviews, technical training plans, and capability development. - Ensure discipline, safety compliance, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed.Technical Expertise & Support- Provide technical leadership and escalation support for: - CCTV & Video Management Systems - Access Control Systems - Fire Alarm & Life Safety Interfaces - Intrusion Detection Systems - PA / Voice Evacuation Systems - BMS & third-party system integrations - Support complex troubleshooting, system audits, upgrades, and optimization activities. - Review commissioning quality for service takeover from projects to AMC.Customer Relationship Management- Act as the primary escalation point for key AMC clients. - Conduct periodic service review meetings with clients and facility teams. - Ensure professional communication, issue resolution, and long-term client retention. - Identify opportunities for system upgrades, retrofits, and additional service revenue.Process, Documentation & Compliance- Establish and enforce service processes, checklists, and documentation standards. - Ensure timely submission of: - Service reports - Preventive maintenance logs - Incident & root cause analysis reports - Coordinate with OEMs for advanced technical support, spares, and warranty claims.Commercial & Reporting Responsibilities- Monitor AMC contract compliance and cost control. - Support renewals, service scope expansion, and technical inputs for proposals. - Prepare MIS reports for management on service performance and client health.Qualifications & ExperienceEducation- BE / B.Tech in: - Electronics Engineering - Electrical Engineering - Electronics & Communication EngineeringExperience- 10+ years of experience in ELV & Security Systems. - Proven hands-on commissioning experience across ELV and Security platforms. - Minimum 3–5 years in a Team Manager / Service Manager role. - Strong experience managing large teams across multiple locations. - Demonstrated customer service and client-facing experience.Key Skills & Competencies- Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent customer handling and communication abilities - Deep technical understanding of ELV systems - SLA-driven service mindset - Ability to manage pressure and multiple priorities - Strong coordination with clients, OEMs, and internal teamsWhy Join Infiniti Building Solutions?- Leadership role in a growing ELV & Life Safety organization - Exposure to premium AMC clients and critical facilities - Opportunity to build scalable service operations - Long-term career growth and stability
