Job Scope :Technical Project Manager – IT EngineeringThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Panvel as part of the Yotta IT Engineering team. The Technical Project Manager will lead the successful delivery of complex internal and external technical projects.The role requires strong project management expertise, solid technical understanding, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business stakeholders. You will be responsible for defining project scope, developing detailed project plans, managing timelines and risks, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Job Responsibilities :- Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, schedules, timelines, and budgets. - Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects ensuring scope, cost, and quality objectives are met. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies. - Manage project scope, change requests, and priorities to align with business objectives. - Track project milestones, critical path activities, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery. - Facilitate project meetings and ensure action items are clearly documented and completed on time. - Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership in a clear and structured manner. - Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and best practices. - Support innovation initiatives and ensure delivery of value-driven outcomes for clients.Must-Have SkillsTechnical Skills- Strong understanding of relevant software and hardware technologies used in IT engineering projects. - Familiarity with system architecture, infrastructure, and solution design concepts.Project Management Skills- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, ITIL). - Project planning, scheduling, and milestone management. - Risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution. - Budget tracking and resource allocation.Communication Skills- Clear and concise communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language. - Strong stakeholder management and active listening skills.Leadership Skills- Team motivation, delegation, and performance management. - Conflict resolution and decision-making capabilities. - Mentoring and coaching of team members.Analytical & Other Skills- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and data analysis skills. - Adaptability to changing priorities and project requirements. - Strong documentation and reporting skills. - Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.Qualifications & Experience :- B.E / MCA / Graduation / Diploma in Engineering - 8–10 years of relevant experience in technical project management or IT engineering environments
