SANKALIT CONSULTANT requires Immediate Placement for an Electrical / MEP BIM Modeler with minimum 4-5 years experience & the following merits. A Civil & Architectural Modeler will not be qualified.The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and leading the complete design process from ideation to production. You will draw new designs and update our current plans. Candidate to ensure that our designs meet all necessary design responsibilities during the creation process.LocationMumbai, Work from OfficeResponsibilities- In-Depth System understanding of ICT, Electrical, Mechanical, & Plumbing systems - The candidate shall be willing to relocate to a Job Site Location - Mumbai - Draw, update and maintain designs - Manage complex projects, Design/Modelling activities - Ensure our designs meet manufacturing, technical and customer Responsibilities - Ensure that all design projects are completed within budget and time - Design Team lead supporting the Design Delivery team and input exchange across various teams - Well-versed with Engineering Documentation, such as Design Calculation and verification - Airport Project Experience will be added advantage - Remuneration: As per Industry Standards - Requirement: ImmediateQualifications- Diploma or equivalent experience in Electronics / Electrical or a relevant technical degree - BIM/REVIT experience of at least 3 years - Expert in BIM/REVIT Modelling - Strong organizational and communication skills
