For more details, visit our website.Key Responsibilities:- System Overhaul: Design and implement robust SOPs for the entire accounting lifecycle (Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Payroll). - Ind AS Leadership: Full accountability for Ind AS compliance, including the transition of legacy data and ongoing complex reporting. - MIS Ownership: Deliver accurate, location-wise Profit & Loss statements and KPIs by the 5th of every month. - Team Building: Restructure the current "Generalist" team into a high-performance, specialized finance unit. - Internal Controls: Establish rigorous audit trails to eliminate leakages at lounge locations.Qualifications- Expertise in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Accounting - Strong Financial Analysis and Analytical Skills - Qualified CA / CMA (Mandatory) - Experience: 8+ years, with a proven track record in multi-unit hospitality or retail. - Ind AS Mastery: Deep technical knowledge and practical experience in Ind AS implementation. - Builder Mindset: You must have experience building a finance department from the ground up, not just maintaining an existing one. - Advanced proficiency in Tally software and Accounting tools. - Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. - Proven experience in leading accounting teams and managing financial operations. - Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards relevant to the Indian financial system.How to ApplyClick the "Apply" button or send your updated CV and a brief note about your most challenging operational experience to Careers@.
