Job Title: Specialist – IT Asset Management (ITAM)Location: PuneExperience: 5+ YearsJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced IT Asset Management (ITAM) Specialist to manage and continuously improve enterprise-wide hardware and software asset management. The role focuses on ServiceNow CMDB, HAM, and SAM, ensuring accurate asset data, license compliance, and effective lifecycle management across multi-site environments.Key Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and manage end-to-end ITAM processes (HAM & SAM) - Configure and optimize ServiceNow CMDB, HAM, and SAM modules - Ensure CMDB data quality, governance, and compliance - Integrate ServiceNow with discovery and inventory tools (SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Flexera, etc.) - Manage software license compliance, audits, and optimization - Develop ITAM policies, reports, and dashboards - Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, InfoSec, and Audit teamsRequired Skills & Experience:- 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management - Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM / CMDB / HAM / SAM - Knowledge of software licensing models and vendor audits - Experience with discovery and integration tools - Good understanding of ITIL, data quality, and compliance - Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skillsQualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent - ServiceNow ITAM/SAM certifications preferredInterested candidates share the resume to sejal.ka@
